The creation of the C.C.H.C.C. in 1995 was motivated by abuse, negligence or deceptions that have proven to be almost standard practice of some practitioners.

▪ Questionable practices of people not respecting basic hygiene requirements.
▪ The abuse of public trust by the practice of unscrupulous therapists.

Regulations and standards of the CCHCC were established after consultation with organizations, worldwide, working rigorously to promote a professional profession. These standards are established rigorously and based in the experience of therapists (physicians and non-physicians) practicing for some, for over 35 years in the United States or Europe.
